My Solar System Stroll cartridge causes Garmin devices to lock up whilst being played. The point where the cartridge locks up is inconsistent, which suggests the cause is the Garmin running out of memory. How far you get through the cartridge will depend on your Garmin model and what other processes are running on the Garmin at the time the cartridge is played.
Rather than remove information from the cartridge I've decided to publish a full-featured edition to the Wherigo web site and upload lite editions for Garmin users here.
So, if you find yourself needing to power-down your Garmin then you need one of the alternate downloads below. Try running the lightest (edition 2) first. If your device copes with that then try the heavier, more featured editions.
This edition has no asteroid or Kuiper belt.
The belts are complex zones in comparison to the planets. Removing them reduces the number of points the Garmin has to hold in memory and process.
Like edition 1 this edition has no asteroid or Kuiper belt but, in addition, I've removed the planet info.
The information I've written for each planet is quite long and the memory used for this text may make a difference.
